A rare form of calcite called Honeycomb Calcite. Discovered in 1995, Honeycomb Calcite is found only in the Uinta Mountain range of Utah and was recently adopted as the official state stone.  From one mountain in Utah, this stone is mined, cut, polished, and presented in its various forms - 100% made in the USA.
