Instructions:
Simmer Pot for Aromatherapy:
Fill a pot with water and bring to a boil.
Add a handful of the Intention-Based Simmer Pot blend to the boiling water.
Reduce heat and let it simmer, filling your home with a soothing aroma.
Set your intention while it simmers, focusing on the desired outcome.
Instructions with chant are located on the back of each package.
 
Spiritual Herbal Bath:
After brewing, strain the mixture and add the tea to your bathwater.
Soak in the bath for at least 20 minutes, focusing on your spiritual and physical rejuvenation.
Feel the cleansing and rejuvenating effects of the herbs.
Room & Body Spray:
Strain the tea and pour it into a spray bottle.
Add a little witch hazel to the mixture.
Use as a natural room and body spray. (Note: This spray will last 4-7 days.)
Composting & Gardening:
Compost the used herbs and fruit, returning them to nature.
Alternatively, mix the tea with water in a 3:1 ratio and use it to water your outdoor vegetable garden or nitrogen-loving plants.
